Use this screen to launch the One Step Inventory - Item Change screen in ADD mode.

Access this screen by pressing F6=Add from the One Step Inventory - Item Discrepancies screen. Enter an item number for which you want to add a physical inventory count record. If the item number is found in more than one stock class, enter the applicable stock class as well. If you do not know the item number, press F4 to search for it. Once a valid item number has been entered, the Item Change screen displays in ADD mode.

Fields

Item Number

Enter the number of the item for which you are adding a count record. If you do not know the number, press F4 to search for it. Press F8 to toggle to the manufacturer's number or the UPC number.

Stock Class

If the item number is found in more than one stock class, enter the applicable stock class to advance to the next screen.

Function Keys

Function Key	Description
F1	Help. Place your cursor in a field and press F1 to access online help for that field. Place your cursor outside of any field, and press F1 to access online help at the program level.
F3	Exit. Exit the page or program.
F4	Search. Place your cursor in a searchable field and press F4 to access a lookup window or more advanced search screen.
F8	Toggle. Toggle the Item Number field to Manufacturer's Number or UPC Number.
