Use this screen to either assign customer orders or authorized users to the customer job. If the PO Number Required field on the Customer Job Entry screen is set to Y, enter customer orders on this screen. If that field is set to N, enter authorized users on this screen. This information is used by the system's Tracker functionality.

Access this screen by pressing F13 (Shift + F1) on the Customer Job Entry screen. Depending on the setting for the PO Number Required field, you are entering customer orders or authorized users to the job. Use option 4 to remove records from the job.

Remove. Enter 4 in the Option field to remove the authorized user or the customer order from the job. |
Displays the customer associated with the job for which you are adding customer orders or authorized users.
Displays the number of the job for which you are adding customer orders or authorized users.
Enter the name of the employee who is an authorized user for this job using Tracker functionality. If this information was set up in the Tracker application, it is view-only here.
Enter any order numbers the customer wants to associate with this job.
Enter the maximum amount for that customer order.
