Use this screen to review the history for an inspection record.

 

Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.

Navigation

Access this screen by entering 5 in the Option field for an inspection record on the Inspection Search - List screen.  Review the history of the inspection, and then press F12 to return to the previous screen.

Fields

Type

Displays the code and description for the type of inspection performed.

 

Equipment Number

Displays the number of the equipment that was inspected.

 

Category/Class Number

Displays the category/class to which the equipment belongs.

 

Description

Displays a description of the equipment

 

Inspection Number

Displays the number the system assigned to the inspection record.

 

Sequence

Displays the sequence number assigned to the inspection test.

 

Test Description

Displays a brief description of how to conduct the test.

 

Units

Displays the unit of measure for the results of the test.  For example, if the test is related to weight, the unit might be LBS or KG.

 

Default

Displays the result for the test such as a measurement like 100 Kg.

 

Pass/Fail

Indicates whether the equipment passed (P) or failed (F) the test.

 

Function Keys

Function Key	Description
F1	Help.  Place your cursor in a field and press F1 to access online help for that field.  Place your cursor outside of any field, and press F1 to access online help at the program level.
F3	Exit.  Exit the page or program.
F12	Cancel/Previous.  Exit the program or move back a screen.
