Create Sale Item Credit

Program/Screen: TTSCRT/TTSCRTC1

Description:

Use this screen to review a list of sales items from the Tracker application that require a credit memo.  Select items from the list to put on a sales credit memo and advance to the Sales Credit Memo program.

 

Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.

 

 

Navigation

Access this screen from the Tracker Maintenance Menu.  Review the list of sales items due for credit.  Use option 1 to select the items to credit, and then advance to the Sales Credit Memo program.

 

Options

Description

1

Create Credit Memo.  Enter 1 in the Option field to create a sales credit memo for the sales item.

 

Fields

Customer Number

Displays the number of the customer to whom credit is to be issued.

 

User

Displays the ID of the user who processed the sales transaction.

 

Date

Displays the date of the sale.

 

Location

Displays the location where the sale took place.

 

Item

Displays the item that was sold.

 

Stock Class

Displays the stock class of the item that was sold.

 

Quantity

Displays the quantity of the item that was sold.

 

Function Keys

Description

F1

Help.  Place your cursor in a field and press F1 to access online help for that field.  Place your cursor outside of any field, and press F1 to access online help at the program level.

F3

Exit.  Exit the page or program.

F4

Search.  Place your cursor in a searchable field and press F4 to access a lookup window or more advanced search screen.

F5

Refresh List.  Refresh the records in the list.

F12

Cancel/Previous.  Exit the program or move back a screen.

F13 (Shift + F1)

Repeat Option:  Repeat the option entered on all subsequent records.

F17 (Shift + F5)

Top.  Return directly to the top of the list.

F18 (Shift + F6)

Bottom.  Advance directly to the bottom of the list.

F24 (Shift + F12)

More.  Display more available function keys for the program.
