Sales Representative Maintenance - Launch

Description:

Use this screen to launch the Sales Representative Maintenance program where you set up sales representative records that include commission percentages, revenue history, and territories covered.

 

Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.

 

 

Navigation

Access this screen from the Cross Application Maintenance menu.  Enter the number of the sales representative you want to maintain.  If you enter an existing sales representative number, you are advanced to the main Sales Representative Maintenance screen.  If you enter a number that does not exist in the file, you are advanced to the Sales Representative Maintenance - Extended Information screen in ADD mode.  If you enter a number for a sales representative who has been marked as inactive, a message is displayed to let you know that you can press F23 (Shift + F11) to reactivate the representative.

Fields

Sales Representative Number

Enter the number of the sales representative you want to maintain.  If you do not know the number, press F4 to search for it.

 

 If you enter a number that does not exist in the file, you are advanced to the Sales Representative Maintenance - Extended Information screen in ADD mode.

Description

F1

Help.  Place your cursor in a field and press F1 to access online help for that field.  Place your cursor outside of any field, and press F1 to access online help at the program level.

F3

Exit.  Exit the page or program.

F4

Search.  Place your cursor in a searchable field and press F4 to access a lookup window or more advanced search screen.

F6

Add.  Advance to the Sales Representative Maintenance - Extended Information screen in ADD mode.

F10

Inquiry.  Switch the program to INQUIRY mode.

F11

Maintenance.  Switch the program back to CHANGE mode.

F12

Cancel/Previous.  Exit the program or move back a screen.

F23 (Shift + F11)

Reactivate.  Reactivate a sales representative who has been marked as inactive.  Enter the inactive sales representative's number, and then press F23.
