Sales Items Maintenance - LaunchUse this screen to launch the Suggested Sales Items Maintenance program where you can enter items to suggest as additional sales for a specified item/stock class combination. When the item is entered on a sales order, the suggested items display at the bottom of the screen, and you just enter a quantity for each suggested item you want to add to the order.
Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.
On this launch screen, enter the item number and stock class for which you want to enter suggested items. If you do not know the item number or stock class, press F4 to search for them, or press F16 to access the Select Item/Stock Class popup window and select from the items that have suggested items already associated with them.

Sales Order/Invoice - Item Information
Enter the number of the item for which you want to add or change suggested items.
Enter the ID of the stock class of the item for which you want to add or change suggested items.

Inquiry. Switch the program from CHANGE mode to INQUIRY mode. This allows you to access existing specification records in view-only mode. |

Cancel/Previous. Exit the program or move back a screen. |

Suggested Items Search. Access the Select Item/Stock Class popup window and select from items that already have suggested items associated with them. |

More Keys. Display more available function keys for the program. |
