Use this screen to launch the Price Definition Maintenance program where you can define the format to use when uploading a vendor price list file into RentalMan. Use the Update Items from Vendor Price List program to upload the vendor file.

On this launch screen, enter the number of the list you want to create or maintain, and press Enter to advance to the next screen. Press F21 (Shift + F9) to copy one price list definition to another.

Fields

List Number

Enter the number of the price list definition you want to create or maintain. If you do not know the number, press F4 to search for it.

Function Keys

Function Key	Description
F1	Help. Place your cursor in a field and press F1 to access online help for that field. Place your cursor outside of any field, and press F1 to access online help at the program level.
F3	Exit. Exit the page or program.
F4	Search. Place your cursor in a searchable field and press F4 to access a lookup window or more advanced search screen.
F10	Inquiry. Switch the program to INQUIRY mode.
F11	Change. Switch the program back to CHANGE mode.
F21 (Shift + F9)	Copy a File. Advance to the Price Definition Maintenance - Copy screen to copy one price list definition to another.
