Use this screen to enter the weather conditions for a specific date and time.  This information is useful when a customer returns equipment on a rental contract and claims they were unable to use the equipment on certain days because of inclement weather.

Navigation

On this main screen for Weather Conditions Maintenance, enter the exact time of the weather conditions; select a code that best describes the conditions; and then enter additional comments.

Fields

Date

Displays the date for which you are entering weather conditions.

 

Time

Enter the exact time of day (using a 24-hour clock) that you are reporting the weather conditions.

 

Interval

Displays the code that represents the time of day for which you are entering weather conditions.  Valid codes include:

• PM - Afternoon

• AM - Morning

 

Weather Condition

Enter a code that best represents the weather conditions at the time you are reporting them.  If you do not know the code, press F4 to search for it.

 

Weather Comments

Enter a detailed description of the weather conditions.

 

Function Keys

Function Key	Description
F1	Help.  Place your cursor in a field and press F1 to access online help for that field.  Place your cursor outside of any field, and press F1 to access online help at the program level.
F3	Exit.  Exit the page or program.
F4	Search.  Place your cursor in a searchable field and press F4 to access a lookup window or more advanced search screen.
F12	Cancel/Previous.  Exit the program or move back a screen.
