Use this screen to search for a transfer record.

 

Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.

 

 

Navigation

Access this screen by pressing F4 in a Transfer Number field in any program where you are working with transfers.  You can enter an equipment number or an item number to search only for transfers for those items.  You can also use the filters above several columns to narrow the search results list.

 

Enter 1 in the Option (O) field to select a transfer for the program you are working in.

Select.  Enter 1 in the Option field to select the transfer for use in the current program.

 

Fields

Equipment Number

If applicable, enter the number of the equipment for which you are searching for a transfer.

 

Item Number

If applicable, enter the number of the sales item for which you are searching for a transfer.

Transfer Number

Displays the number assigned to the transfer.

 

Status

Displays the current status of the transfer.

 

From

Displays the location from which the transfer will ship.

 

To

Displays the location to which the transfer will ship.

 

Needed

Displays the date that the receiving location needs the transfer.

 

Transfer Date

Displays the date that the transfer is scheduled to ship.

 

Transfer Time

Displays the time that the transfer is scheduled to ship on the Transfer Date.

 

Ordered By

Displays the name of the person who requested the transfer.

F1

Help.  Place your cursor in a field and press F1 to access online help for that field.  Place your cursor outside of any field, and press F1 to access online help at the program level.

F3

Exit.  Exit the page or program.

F4

Search.  Place your cursor in a searchable field and press F4 to access a lookup window or more advanced search screen.

F12

Cancel/Previous.  Exit the program or move back a screen.
