Suspense Return - Selection

Description:

Use this screen to enter the quantities of equipment being returned by the customer. The quantities you enter are added to the available quantity for the equipment, but the return is not actually processed until you use F10 on the Suspense Return - Launch screen to complete the consolidated return.

This is the second screen in the Suspense Return program. Access this screen by entering a pickup ticket number, customer number, job number, or equipment number on the Suspense Return - Launch screen. Enter the quantities of equipment to return, and then press Enter to proceed.

Re-rent Detail

Fields

Customer number

Displays the number of the customer you entered on the launch screen.

Project number

Displays the number of the project you entered on the launch screen.

Job number

Displays the number of the job you entered on the launch screen.

Job location

Displays the location of the job you entered on the launch screen.

Returned Quantity

Enter the quantity of the equipment being returned.

Equipment Number

Displays the number of the equipment the customer has on rent.

Category/Class

Displays the ID of the category/class for the equipment on rent.

Quantity on Rent

Displays the quantity of the equipment on rent.

Description

Displays the description of the quantity on rent.

Function Keys

Function Key	Description
F1	Help. Place your cursor in a field and press F1 to access online help for that field. Place your cursor outside of any field, and press F1 to access online help at the program level.
F2	Select All. Select all listed equipment to be returned.
F3	Exit. Exit the page or program.
F4	Search. Place your cursor in a searchable field and press F4 to access a lookup window or more advanced search screen.
F6	Toggle. Toggle the mode in which the list of equipment displays. Valid modes include by category/class, by description. by sequence number, and by equipment number.
F7	Re-rent Description. If the equipment is a re-rentEquipment that you rent from a vendor and then rent to a customer., access the Re-rent Detail for review.
F10	Comments. Switch to the Suspense Return Comments screen to enter comments for this return record.
F12	Cancel/Previous. Exit the program or move back a screen.
