Description:
Use this screen to launch the Temporary Rental Suspension program where you can suspend a customer rental for a specified period of time (for a holiday or strike or other temporary delay), without the customer having to return the equipment. The suspended days are deducted from the total rental charges.
Use control record RAMNUO.ZXCOD2 to allow the use of temporary rental suspensions.

Navigation
Access this program from the Operations menu. If your system is set up to require a user name and password to use this program, enter that information first.
On this first screen for Temporary Rental Suspension, press F10 if you only want to inquire on temporary suspension records. Use F23 to delete an existing suspension record. Otherwise, press Enter to advance to the main screen where existing suspension records for the current date are listed.
