Rental Rate Maintenance - LocationsUse this screen to review the category/class rental rates by location. You can change, delete, or display the location discounts using the available options.
Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.
Access this screen by pressing F15 (Shift + F3) from the Equipment Rental Rate Maintenance screen. Review equipment rental rate records by location. Use the available options to change, delete, or display any record.
Press F6=Add Location Record to display a list of all locations in the system. Use option 1=Create rental rates discount record to access the Equipment Rental Rate Maintenance screen and enter rental rates for the selected location. If rates already exist for all locations, those rates are added to the location you selected, and you are returned to this Locations screen. If necessary, use option 2=Change on the Locations screen to modify the rates for that location.

Change. Enter 2 in the O (Option) field to advance to the Equipment Rental Rate Maintenance screen to modify the rates for that location. |

Delete. Enter 4 in the O (Option) field to delete the equipment rental rates location record. |

Display. Enter 5 in the O (Option) field to advance to the Equipment Rental Rate Maintenance in INQUIRY mode. |

Displays the category/class ID and description you entered on the first screen.
Displays the location where equipment rental rate discounts are set up.
Displays the name and currency of the location.
Displays the rate charged per hour for equipment in this category/class.
Displays the minimum rate charged per rental contract for equipment in this category/class.
Displays the rate charged for a 24-hour period for equipment in this category/class. Partial days can be charged a prorated amount based on the Pro-rate hours after setting in the System Location File.
