Equipment Management - Equipment in Overtime

Description:

Use this screen to review a list of GPS-tracked equipment that is currently in overtime use.  Overtime is meter usage of equipment beyond the parameters set in the rental contract in the Overtime Information popup window.

Navigation

Access this screen by entering 5 next to the Equipment in Overtime option on the Equipment Management screen.  Review the list of equipment in overtime.  Enter 5 in the O (Option) field for any piece of equipment to review details.  Press F12 to return to the Equipment Management screen.

Options

Option	Description
5	Detail.  Enter 5 in the Option field to advance to a modified version of the Equipment Maintenance screen.
6	Operating Map.  Enter 6 in the Option field to advance to the Tracking Detail Listing for the piece of equipment.

 

Fields

Equipment

Displays the number of the GPS-tracked equipment that is in overtime.

 

Current Customer

Displays the name of the customer who has the equipment on rent.

 

Current Meter

Displays the most recent meter reading for the equipment.

Displays the number of hours the equipment was in operation today.

 

Day of the Week

Displays the number of hours the equipment was in operation yesterday.

 

Day of the Week

Displays the number of hours the equipment was in operation the day before yesterday.

 

Day of the Week

Displays the number of hours the equipment was in operation three days ago.

 

Day of the Week

Displays the number of hours the equipment was in operation four days ago.

 

Day of the Week

Displays the number of hours the equipment was in operation five days ago.

 

Day of the Week

Displays the number of hours the equipment was in operation six days ago.

 

Weekly Total

Displays the total hours the equipment was in operation in the previous week.

 

Function Keys

Function Key	Description
F1	Help.  Place your cursor in a field and press F1 to access online help for that field.  Place your cursor outside of any field, and press F1 to access online help at the program level.
F3	Exit.  Exit the page or program.
F12	Cancel/Previous.  Exit the program or move back a screen.
