Use this screen to review the calculations of an equipment loan from the information entered on the Create an Equipment Loan screen.

 

Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.

 

 

Navigation

Access this screen by pressing F22=ChgInt from the Equipment Maintenance screen.  Review the loan details from the information entered on the Create an Equipment Loan screen.  Press F8 to go to the Create an Equipment Loan screen and change the interest rate and recalculate the loan details.

Create an Equipment Loan

 

Fields

Equipment ID

Displays the number of the equipment for which you are reviewing loan information.

 

Equipment Description

Displays the description of the equipment for which you are reviewing loan details.

 

Year/Month

Displays the year and the month for each loan payment.

 

Principal

Displays the amount of principal that is paid for each payment.

 

Interest

Displays the amount of interest that is paid for each payment.

 

Payment

Displays the total amount of the payment, which is principal plus interest.

 

Principal Balance

Displays the loan balance after each payment.

 

Accumulated Interest

Displays the amount of interest for the loan as it accumulates after each payment.

F1

Help.  Place your cursor in a field and press F1 to access online help for that field.  Place your cursor outside of any field, and press F1 to access online help at the program level.

F3

Exit.  Exit the page or program.

F6

Add.  Advance to the Create an Equipment Loan screen to enter the details for a new loan.

F8

Change.  Go to the Create an Equipment Loan screen and change the interest rate to recalculate the loan details.
