Use this screen to review and work with a list of existing requisitions. You can also create a new requisition from this screen.

If your system is set to require a user name and password for certain programs, you must enter that information to access this screen. If you are not required to enter a user name and password, you are taken directly to this screen from the menu. Use the various fields at the top of the screen, along with the filters above the columns to focus the list on only those requisitions you want to review and work with.
Enter one of multiple option numbers to work with the existing requisitions. Press F6 to add a new requisition.

Change. Enter 2 in the Option field to advance to the Requisition Entry screen in CHANGE mode. |

Filled (not from PO). Enter 3 in the Option field to indicate that the requisition has been filled, but not through a purchase order. This closes the requisition. |

Delete. Enter 4 in the Option field to delete the requisition. Press Enter twice to confirm the deletion. |
5 |
Display. Enter 5 in the Option field to advance to a view-only version of the Requisition Entry screen. |
6 |
Print. Enter 6 in the Option field to print the requisition. |

Authorize. Enter 7 in the Option field to authorize the requisition so it can be turned into a purchase order. See the PO Buyer Authorization guide for more information. |

Display Purchase Order. Enter 8 in the Option field to advance to a view-only version of the PO Header Information screen and review the purchase order that was created from the requisition. |
Enter the status code for the type of requisitions you want to review. Leave the field blank to review all requisitions. Valid codes are:
O=Open. Requisition is waiting to be authorized or put on a purchase order.
C=Closed. Requisition is closed. A requisition can be closed manually using Option 3 on this screen. It closes automatically when the item on the requisition is received.
P=Purchase Order. The requisition item has been added to a purchase order.
A=Authority. The requisition must be authorized by someone with the appropriate authorization level before it can be added to a purchase order.
Enter one or more type codes for the item requisitions you want to review. Leave the fields blank to review requisitions regardless of item type. Valid codes are:
P - Parts
M - Merchandise
E - Equipment
* - Non-stock items
Enter a range of dates in which you want to review requisitions.
If applicable, enter the number of the project for which you want to review requisitions.
If applicable, enter the number of the purchase order for which you want to review requisitions.
If applicable, enter the number of the equipment for which you want to review requisitions.

Displays the number assigned to the requisition.
Displays the quantity that was requisitioned for the item.
Displays the location where the requisition was entered.
Displays the date the requisition was entered.
Displays the number of the vendor entered on the requisition.
Displays the name of the user who entered the requisition.
If applicable, this field displays the contract associated with the requisition.
Displays the code that represents the type of requisition. These are user-defined codes set up using miscellaneous reason code type RT.
Displays the number of the item that was requisitioned.
Displays the current status of the requisition. Valid statuses are:
A - Authorized
C - Closed
D - Deleted
O - Open
Displays the code that represents the approval level needed for the requisition. Valid codes are:
C - Corporate
D - District
L - Location
R - Region
Displays the date that the items on the requisition are needed.
Displays the name of the user who last maintained the requisition.
