Use this screen to add a physical inventory count for a truck stock item for the One Step Inventory - Truck Stock program.
Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.
Access this screen by pressing F6=Add from the One Step Inventory - Truck Stock Discrepancies screen. Enter an item number for which you want to add a physical inventory count record. If the item number is found in more than one stock class, enter the applicable stock class as well. If you do not know the item number, press F4 to search for it. Once a valid item number has been entered, the Quantity Counted and Quantity On Hand fields display.

Displays the number of the truck for which you are adding an item count.
Enter the number of the item for which you are adding a count record. If you do not know the number, press F4 to search for it. Press F8 to toggle to the manufacturer's number or the UPC number.
If the item number is found in more than one stock class, enter the applicable stock class to advance to the next screen.
Displays a description of the item.
Enter or change the count quantity of the item. The item unit of measure is displayed.
Quantity On Hand
Displays the current quantity on hand in the system for the item and the item's unit of measure.
Indicate whether to print bar codes for the changes you are making.
