Use this screen to confirm the adjustment of the inventory quantity on hand for a sales item based on the discrepancy shown in One Step Inventory - Item Discrepancies.

Access this screen by entering Option 6 for an item discrepancy record on the One Step Inventory - Item Discrepancies screen. Review the discrepancy information, and then press Enter to process the inventory adjustment. An Inter-company Expense transaction is processed. If the item is not sold from the location from which you are processing the adjustment, the Inter-company Expense - Item Information screen displays with a warning message, and you can have the system automatically create the location record for the item.

One Step Inventory - Item Range
Displays the number of the item for which an inventory adjustment will be made.
Displays the stock classCode used to categorize sales items for analysis and reporting. You may choose to make the stock class a subset of the vendor code. assigned to the item.
Displays a description of the item.
Displays the difference between the entered count and the on-hand quantity in the system for the item. This is the quantity that will be adjusted.
Amount Difference
Displays the Quantity Difference multiplied by the item's cost.
