Use this screen to copy the default G/L accounts from a company and location to another location within the same company or to another company and location.

Navigation

Enter or accept the company and location from which the default G/L accounts are to be copied, and then enter the company and location to which they will be copied. You can copy the accounts to another location within the same company or to a different company and location.

Fields

Copy From Company

Enter or accept the company from which default G/L accounts will be copied.

Copy From Location

Enter or accept the location from which default G/L accounts will be copied.

Copy To Company

Enter or accept the company to which default G/L accounts will be copied.

Copy To Location

Enter the location to which default G/L accounts will be copied. When accounts other than corporate (second segment is all zeros) accounts are copied, the value in the second segment is replaced with the appropriate value for the location to which you are copying.

Function Keys

Function Key	Description
F1	Help. Place your cursor in a field and press F1 to access online help for that field. Place your cursor outside of any field, and press F1 to access online help at the program level.
F3	Exit. Exit the page or program.
F4	Search. Place your cursor in a searchable field and press F4 to access a lookup window or more advanced search screen.
