Access this screen by pressing F21 (Shift + F9) from the Reason Code Maintenance - Launch screen. Enter the company, location, and miscellaneous reason code type from which you want to copy settings, and then enter the company, location, and type that you want to copy those settings to.

Fields

From Company

If applicable, enter the code for the company from which you want to copy the settings for a miscellaneous reason code.

From Location

If applicable, enter the code for the location from which you want to copy the settings for a miscellaneous reason code.

From Type

Enter the code for the type of miscellaneous reason code from which you want to copy settings.

To Company

If applicable, enter the code for the company to which you want to copy the settings for a miscellaneous reason code.

To Location

If applicable, enter the code for the location to which you want to copy the settings for a miscellaneous reason code.

To Type

Enter the code for the type of miscellaneous reason code to which you want to copy settings.

Function Keys

Function Key	Description
