Pre-lien Information
Indicate whether you are applying a pre-lienMechanism for being able to place a lien on a customer in case they go bankrupt to this job.
Enter the date that you are applying the pre-lien.
Enter the date a pre-lien was originally assigned to the job, if it is different from the Pre-lien date.
Enter the date that an actual lien was placed on the job.
Enter the date that you released the pre-lien from the job.
Enter the maximum monetary amount of the job as specified by the customer.
Enter the code that describes the reason for releasing the pre-lien.
Indicate whether tax is applied to sales items for this job. If tax is not to be applied, press F4 to search for a code that provides the reason why.
Indicate whether tax is applied to rentals for this job. If tax is not to be applied, press F4 to search for a code that provides the reason why.
If tax is not applied on sales items because the customer will be reselling them, enter the customer's resale number.
