Use this screen to review a list of authorized users for the customer you are adding or maintaining.
Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.
Access this screen by pressing F8=Cmts/Auth from the Customer Master Maintenance screen. Review the list of authorized users. Enter 2 in the Opt (Option) field to review the details of a user in the list. Press F6=Add to advance to the Authorized User Maintenance screen and add a new authorized user for the customer.

Detail. Enter 2 in the Option field to open the Authorized User Detail popup window and review the details for the authorized user. |
Displays the name and number of the customer for whom you are setting up authorized users.
Displays the name of the authorized user.
Enter or accept the number of the job to which the user is assigned. If this field is blank, the user is authorized for all customer jobs.
Enter or accept the date that the authorized user was activated.
Enter or accept the date that the user's authorization expires.

Exit. Exit the page or program. |

Refresh. Refresh the screen and remove entered data. |

Add. Advance to the Authorized User Maintenance screen to add a new authorized user for the customer. |

Cancel/Previous. Exit the program or move back a screen. |
