Use this screen to launch the Alert Escalation Maintenance program where you set escalation levels for different GPS equipment alert types such as Approaching Overtime and Service Overdue. View and respond to equipment alerts in the Alert Listing program.
This
program is only accessible when Qualcomm
tracking enabled is set to Y
in control record QUALCM,
and Enable Equipment Tracking
is set to Y in control
record TRACK1.
Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.
Access this program from the Cross Application Maintenance menu. Enter the code of the alert type you want to maintain. If you do not know the code, press F4 to search for it. To add a new alert type escalation record, enter the code of the alert type, and then press F6 to go to ADD mode.
