Use this screen to enter equipment cycle counts from the count sheets that were printed from the NIGHTLY process.

Access this screen by entering either a cycle number and cycle day or a date range on the Equipment Cycle Count Entry - Launch screen. Enter counts from the cycle count sheets, and then press Enter to save. Press F19 (Shift + F7) to print the list of counted items.

Options

Option	Description
5	Display Comment. Enter 5 in the Option field to open the Equipment Not Found popup window and enter comments for any equipment on the count sheet that could not be found. Also use this window to enter the equipment number, make, model, and serial number for equipment that was found, but is not on the count sheet.

Fields

Cycle Number

Displays the number of the cycle for which you are entering equipment counts. This number is found on the count sheet.

Cycle Day

Displays the day within the cycle for which you are entering equipment counts.

Date Range

Displays the starting and ending date for the counts you are entering.

Equipment Number or Category/Class

Displays the number of the piece of equipment or the category/class for bulk items from the cycle count sheet.

Bulk

Indicates whether the equipment is bulk.

Quantity

Enter the cycle count for the equipment from the count sheet.

Cycle

Displays the number of the cycle for which you are entering the equipment count.

Day

Displays the day within the cycle for which you are entering the equipment count.

Make

Displays the manufacturer's make for the equipment. For example: Caterpillar.

Model

Displays the manufacturer's model for the equipment. For example: F150.

Serial Number

Displays the serial number associated with the piece of equipment.

Function Keys

Function Key	Description
F1	Help. Place your cursor in a field and press F1 to access online help for that field. Place your cursor outside of any field, and press F1 to access online help at the program level.
F3	Exit. Exit the page or program.
F11	Fold/Unfold. Display or hide a second line of detail for each equipment record.
F12	Cancel/Previous. Exit the program or move back a screen.
F19 (Shift + F7)	Print. Print the list of counted equipment.
