Cycle Count Entry - Equipment Not Found

Description:
Use this popup window to enter comments for any equipment on the count sheet that could not be found. Also use this window to enter the equipment number, make, model, and serial number for equipment that was found, but is not on the count sheet.
Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.

Access this popup window by entering Option 5 for an equipment count record on the Equipment Cycle Count Entry screen. For equipment that was not found, enter a comment, and then press Enter. For equipment that was found that was not listed on the count sheet, enter all information, and then press Enter.

Fields
Displays the number of the piece of equipment or the category/class for bulk items from the cycle count sheet. Enter the equipment number for equipment found that was not on the count sheet.
Displays the manufacturer's make for the equipment. For example: Caterpillar. Enter the make for equipment found that was not on the count sheet.
Displays the manufacturer's model for the equipment. For example: F150. Enter the model for equipment found that was not on the count sheet.
Displays the serial number associated with the piece of equipment. Enter the serial number for equipment found that was not on the count sheet.
Enter a comment when equipment on the count sheet is not found.
