Stock Maintenance - ItemsUse this screen to add or remove parts and sales items from a service truck's stock.
Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.
Access this screen by entering a valid truck number on the Truck Stock Maintenance - Launch screen. Add or remove parts and sales items from the truck's stock. Use F10 and F11 respectively to maintain the equipment and bulk equipment on the truck.

Search. Enter 1 in the Option field to access the Parts/Merchandise Search program and search for item numbers to add to the truck stock. |
Displays the number of the truck for which you are maintaining items.
Displays the manufacturer of the truck.
Displays the manufacturer's model of the truck.
Displays the truck's serial number.
Back to top
Enter the number of the item that you are adding to the truck's stock. If you do not know the number, enter 1 in the Option field to the left to search for it. Press F8 to toggle to the manufacturer's item number.
Displays the stock classCode used to categorize sales items for analysis and reporting. You may choose to make the stock class a subset of the vendor code. the item belongs to.
Enter or accept the quantity of the item in the truck's stock.
Displays a description of the item.
Displays the item's cost.

Help. Place your cursor in a field and press F1 to access online help for that field. Place your cursor outside of any field, and press F1 to access online help at the program level. |

Exit. Exit the page or program. |

Item Number Toggle. Toggle the Item Number field heading to Manufacturer's Number. |

Equipment. Advance to the Truck Stock Maintenance - Equipment screen to enter equipment that is on the truck. |

Bulk Category/Class. Advance to the Truck Stock Maintenance - Bulk Equipment screen to enter bulk equipment that is on the truck. |

F12 |
Cancel/Previous. Exit the program or move back a screen. |

F17 (Shift + F5) |
Top of List. Return directly to the top of the list of items. |

F18 (Shift + F6) |
Bottom of List. Advance directly to the bottom of the list and blank lines to add more items. |

More. Display more available function keys for the program. |
