Test MaintenanceUse this program to associate one or more inspection typeInspection performed on equipment such as electrical inspection or hydraulic inspection. The inspection type contains all the steps to perform that inspection.s with a category/class or a specific piece of equipment so that you can perform inspections.
Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.
Access this screen by entering a category/class or equipment number on the Inspection Test Maintenance - Launch screen. Add or maintain inspection types for the category/class or equipment, and then press Enter to save. If you do not know the inspection type code, enter 1 in the Option field on a blank line to search for the code. If the term for the inspection type varies for the category/class or equipment to which you are associating it, change that information. Use Option 2 to review the details of an inspection type. Delete an inspection type using Option 4.

If applicable, this field displays the IDs of the category/class for which you are maintaining inspection test information.
If applicable, this field displays the number of the equipment for which you are maintaining inspection test information.
Enter the code for the inspection typeInspection performed on equipment such as electrical inspection or hydraulic inspection. The inspection type contains all the steps to perform that inspection. you are adding to the category/class or equipment. If you do not know the inspection type code, enter 1 in the Option field on a blank line to search for the code.
Displays a brief description of the inspection type.
Enter or accept the term length in days for the inspection. The inspection of the equipment expires after the term days.
