Description:

Use this screen to clone/copy an existing work order to a new work order.

 

Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.

Navigation

Access this screen by pressing F14 (Shift +F2) from the Open/Update/Close Work Order - Launch screen.  Enter the number of the work order you want to clone, and then indicate if that work order should be closed.  Press Enter, and the program returns to the launch screen with the equipment number from the cloned work order populated.

Fields

Work Order Number

Enter the number of the work order you want to clone.  If you do not know the number, press F4 to search for it.

 

Close Work Order Number

Indicate whether you want to close the work order you are cloning.

 

Function Keys

Function Key	Description
F1	Help.  Place your cursor in a field and press F1 to access online help for that field.  Place your cursor outside of any field, and press F1 to access online help at the program level.
F3	Exit.  Exit the page or program.
F12	Cancel/Previous.  Exit the program or move back a screen.
