Access this screen by entering 6 in the Option field for a substitute item entered on the Sales Item Cross Reference Maintenance - Substitute Items screen. Enter 1 in the O (Option) field to the left of every location that you want to convert to using the substitute item. Press Enter twice to accept your selections.

Options

Option	Description
1	Select locations to convert. Enter 1 in the Option field to convert the location to use the substitute item.

Fields

Item Number/Description

Displays the substitute item number you are working with and its description.

Location

Displays the codes of the locations in the system.

Name

Displays the names of the locations.

Function Keys

Function Key	Description
F1	Help. Place your cursor in a field and press F1 to access online help for that field. Place your cursor outside of any field, and press F1 to access online help at the program level.
F12	Cancel/Previous. Exit the program or move back a screen.
