Use this screen to launch the Update Sales Quote program where you maintain an existing sales quote.

Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.

Access this program from the Operations menu. If your system is set up to require a user name and password to use this program, enter that information first.

On this launch screen, enter the number of the sales quote you want to maintain. If you do not know the number, press F4 to search for it. Press Enter after entering the sales quote number to advance to the next screen.

Fields

Reference Number

Enter the number of the sales quote you want to maintain. If you do not know the number, press F4 to search for it.

Last Contract Number

Displays the number of the most recent sales quote created.

Function Keys

Function Key	Description
F1	Help. Place your cursor in a field and press F1 to access online help for that field. Place your cursor outside of any field, and press F1 to access online help at the program level.
F3	Exit. Exit the page or program.
F4	Search. Place your cursor in a searchable field and press F4 to access a lookup window or more advanced search screen.
F5	Refresh. Refresh the screen and remove entered data.
F23 (Shift + F11)	Delete. Press F23 twice to delete an existing sales quote.
