Sales Items MaintenanceUse this screen to enter the sales items you want to add as suggested items for rental equipment. Suggested items that are linked to a sales item are listed on the Sales Order/Invoice - Item Information screen when that item is entered on the sales order. You can add a suggested item to the sales order by entering a quantity for it when it is suggested.

Access this screen by entering an item number and stock class on the Suggested Sales Items Maintenance - Launch screen and pressing Enter.
Enter sales items as suggested items for the item number and stock class you entered on the launch screen. Enter the sequence in which the suggested item appears on screens.

Search. Enter 1 in the Option field to search for the item number to add as a suggested item. |
Item
Displays the number of the item for which you are adding or changing suggested items.
Class
Displays the ID of the stock class for which you are adding or changing suggested items.

Enter the number of the item that you want to add as a suggested item. If you do not know the number, enter 1 in the Option field to the left to search for the number.
Enter or accept the stock classCode used to categorize sales items for analysis and reporting. You may choose to make the stock class a subset of the vendor code. associated with the entered item.
Displays the description of the entered item number.
Enter or accept the sequence number for the suggested item. The sequence number determines the order in which the suggested item is listed in the transaction.
