Sales Item Location File Security - User Selection

Description:

Use this screen to select the user for whom you want to maintain field-level security in the Sales Item Location Maintenance program.  If you want to set up a new user security record for the Sales Item Location Maintenance program, copy an existing user record and modify it accordingly.

Navigation

Access this screen by entering your user name and password on the Sales Item Location File Security - Launch screen.  Use the filters above the columns to focus the list on a specific company or user security status.  Use option 2 to access and maintain the field-level security for a user.  If you want to set up a new user security record for the Sales Item Location Maintenance program, use option 3 to copy an existing user record and modify it accordingly.

 

Enter option 4 for a user to change his/her status from Activated to Deactivated.

Edit Record.  Enter 2 in the Option field to advance to the Sales Item Location File Security - Item Location screen so you can edit the user's field-level security for that screen.

Copy.  Enter 3 in the Option field to copy that user's field-level security for the Sales Item Location Maintenance program to another user.

Activate/Deactivate.  Enter 4 in the Option field to toggle the user's security record from Activated to Deactivated.

Display.  Enter 5 in the Option field to advance to the Sales Item Location File Security - Item Location screen in view-only mode.

 

Fields

Company

Displays the company to which the user is associated.

 

Status

Displays the current status of the user's security record for the Sales Item Location Maintenance program.  Use option 4 to change the user's status between Activated and Deactivated.

 

User ID

Displays the user's system ID and name.  To add a new user security record, use option 3 to copy an existing user security record.

Help.  Place your cursor in a field and press F1 to access online help for that field.  Place your cursor outside of any field, and press F1 to access online help at the program level.

F3

Exit.  Exit the page or program.

F12

Cancel/Previous.  Exit the program or move back a screen.

F19 (Shift + F7)

Print List.  Print the list of users set up for field-level security in the Sales Item Maintenance program.
