Use this screen to review details about sales items on an equipment sale reservation/quote.  You can also modify the quantity, price, unit of measure, and discount for the item on this screen, as well as enter line item comments.

Navigation

Advance to this screen from the Create/Update Equipment Sale Reservation/Quote - Equipment Information screen by entering a 2 in the Opt field for a sales or miscellaneous charge item.  Review or enter details for the item and press Enter to return to the Equipment Information screen.

Fields

Stock class

Displays the stock class in which the sales or miscellaneous charge item falls.

 

Item number

Displays the unique number assigned to the item.

 

Manufacturer's number

Displays the manufacturer's number assigned to the item.

 

UPC number

If applicable, this field displays the UPC number assigned to the item.

 

UPC Code

Displays the code associated with the UPC number.  Two codes are supported, and the default code is UP.

Description

Displays the description of the sales or miscellaneous charge item.

 

Quantity

Enter or accept the quantity for the item on the reservation/quote.

 

Quantity available

Displays the current available quantity for the item.

 

Taxable

Indicate if the item is taxable on the sales order that might come from this reservation/quote.

 

Price

Enter or accept the price for the item.

 

Unit of Measure

Enter or accept the unit of measure for the item.  This defaults from the item master file, but it can be changed.

 

Discount

If applicable, enter the discount percentage you want to apply  to this item on the sales order converted from this reservation/quote.

 

Extended

Displays the extended amount for this item.  This amount is calculated by multiplying the quantity times the price times the discount percentage.

 

Line item comments

Enter comments that will print on the contract/invoice under the item number.  These comments are an effective way to record information for non-charge items and discounted rates.

 

Function Keys

Function Key	Description
F1	Help.  Place your cursor in a field and press F1 to access online help for that field.  Place your cursor outside of any field, and press F1 to access online help at the program level.
F3	Exit.  Exit the page or program.
F12	Cancel/Previous.  Exit the program or move back a screen.
