Specifications Maintenance - Copy SpecificationsUse this screen to indicate which category/class or equipment you are copying specifications from and which category/class or equipment you are copying them to.
Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.
Access this screen by pressing F21 (Shift + F9) from the Equipment Specifications Maintenance - Launch screen. Enter the company and category/class or equipment number from which you want to copy specifications, and then enter the company and category/class or equipment number to which you wan to copy the specifications.

Enter or accept the company from which you are copying equipment specifications.
Enter the category ID from which you are copying equipment specifications.
Enter the class ID from which you are copying equipment specifications.
If applicable, enter the equipment number from which you are copying equipment specifications.
Enter or accept the company to which you are copying equipment specifications.
Enter the category ID to which you are copying equipment specifications.
Enter the class ID to which you are copying equipment specifications.
If applicable, enter the equipment number to which you are copying equipment specifications.
