Suggested Items Maintenance - Launch

Description:

Use this screen to launch the Suggested Items Maintenance program where you can enter items to suggest as additional rentals for a specified category/classTwo-part classification for individualized and bulk equipment. Rental rates are entered by category/class, and the ID number for bulk items is the category/class ID. of equipment.  Suggested items that are linked to a category/class are listed on the Create Rental - Equipment Information screen when equipment from that category/class is entered on the rental contract.  You can add a suggested item to the rental contract by entering a quantity for it when it is suggested.

On this launch screen, enter the IDs of the category and class for which you want to enter suggested items.  Press F8 to toggle the screen and enter the reservation item number instead.  If you do not know the IDs or item number, press F4 to go to Equipment Search and find the category/class by equipment, or press F16 to access the Select Category/Class popup window and select from category/classes that have suggested items already associated with them.

Fields

Category

Enter the ID of the category for which you want to add or change suggested items.

Class

Enter the ID of the class for which you want to add or change suggested items.

Reservation Item Number (F8)

Enter the reservation number for the item for which you want to add or change suggested items.
