Use this screen to review a list of work orders and maintenance steps for a specific piece of equipment or bulk equipment. If you accessed this screen from the Work Order Search program, the equipment number and work order number are populated for you. Remove the work order number filter to see a list of all work orders for the equipment.

Access this screen from the Equipment Maintenance menu or by entering 2 in the Option field for a work order on the Work Order Search screen. Remove the work order number filter to see a list of all work orders for the equipment. Use the other filters to focus the results list.
Press F7 to review labor performed on the equipment, and use F8 to review parts that have been used during equipment maintenance and repair.

Display. Enter 5 in the Option field to advance to a view-only version of the Open/Update/Close Work Order - Header screen from which you can access the maintenance steps for the work order. |
Enter or accept the number of the equipment for which you want to review work order step history.
Enter or accept the starting date for the range in which you want to search for work order step history for the equipment.
Enter the ending date for the range in which you want to search for work order step history for the equipment.
Displays the category/class ID and description for the equipment.
Indicates the current status of the equipment. Valid codes include:
A - Available
D - Down - Long Term
N - Down - Short Term
R - Down - Wash Rack
I - In Transit
O - On Rent
P - On Rental Purchase
U - Pick-up
S - Sold

Displays the number of the work order for which the maintenance steps were performed.
Displays a brief description of the maintenance step performed.
Displays the name of the mechanic who performed the step.
Displays the meter reading entered when the step was performed.
Displays the date the step was performed.
