Description:
Use this program to search for and select a contract price list.
Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.
Navigation
Access this screen by pressing F13 (Shift + F1) from the Create Rental - Customer Information screen. Use the filters above the contract number and description fields to narrow the list, and press F7 to hide expired lists.

Select. Enter a 1 in the O (Option) field to select the contract price list for the rental contract. |

Display. Enter a 5 in the O (Option) field to advance to the Contract Price Inquiry screen. |
Fields
Displays the customer number and name from Create Rental - Customer Information.
Displays the number associated with the contract price list created in Contract Price Maintenance. The contract price list number is created in Contract Price Maintenance, but the actual list of rental contract prices is created in Equipment Rental Rate Discounts.
Displays a description of the contract price list.

Exit. Exit the page or program. |

Show/Hide Expired Contracts. Toggle the screen to either show or hide expired contract price lists. |

F10 |
Bypass Contract Pricing. Bypass selecting a contract price number for the rental contract. If the Contract price hard halt field in control record RAOUT8 is set to Y, you must press F10 to bypass contract price selection. |
