Bulk Quantity Maintenance

Use this program to move quantities of bulk inventory from one status to another.

Navigation

Access this screen by pressing F6 from the Equipment Status Change - Launch screen and entering a location and the category/classTwo-part classification for individualized and bulk equipment. Rental rates are entered by category/class, and the ID number for bulk items is the category/class ID. or reservation/item number for which you want to move bulk quantities.

Location

Displays the location in which you are moving bulk quantities.

Category/Class

Displays the category/class for the bulk items you are moving.

Total Owned

Displays the total number of items owned for this bulk category/class

Quantity

Displays the quantity that is currently found for each of the listed status codes.

Code

Displays the code for the status that is listed in the far left column.

New Quantity

Displays the new quantities that you move to new statuses using the fields below.

From code

Enter the status code from which you are moving bulk quantities.

To code

Enter the status code to which you are moving bulk quantities.

Quantity

Enter the quantity you are moving from one status to another.

Function Key	Description
F1	Help. Place your cursor in a field and press F1 to access online help for that field. Place your cursor outside of any field, and press F1 to access online help at the program level.
F3	Exit. Exit the page or program.
F12	Cancel/Previous. Exit the program or move back a screen.
