Use this program to create equipment options with their descriptions and search words. Equipment options are assigned to category/classTwo-part classification for individualized and bulk equipment. Rental rates are entered by category/class, and the ID number for bulk items is the category/class ID.es in the Fleet Options by Category/Class program, and they are used in Equipment Configuration Maintenance to develop different ways to order base equipment.

This screen defaults to ADD mode. On the top blank line, enter a new equipment option code with a description and a word to identify the option in searches. If you want to change an existing option code, press F11 to switch the program to CHANGE mode. Enter Option 4 for any equipment option to delete it.

Delete. Enter 4 in the Option field to delete an equipment option. |
Enter the search word to which you want to position the list. This is useful when there is a long list of equipment options, and you want to advance directly to all options with the same search word.
Enter up to a 4-character code that represents an equipment option that can be added to an equipment configuration in Equipment Configuration Maintenance.
Enter a description for the equipment option.
Enter a word that is used to identify the equipment option in searches.
