Description:

Use this screen to copy equipment options from one category/classTwo-part classification for individualized and bulk equipment. Rental rates are entered by category/class, and the ID number for bulk items is the category/class ID. to another. You can also copy equipment options from one category/class to the same category/class in a different company.

Access this screen by pressing F21 (Shift + F9) from the Fleet Options by Category/Class - Launch screen. Enter the category/class from which you want to copy equipment options, and then enter the category/class to which you want to copy those options. Press Enter to perform the copy.

Copy From Company

Enter or accept the company from which you want to copy category/class equipment options.

Copy From Category

Enter the ID of the category from which you want to copy equipment options.

Copy From Class

Enter the ID of the class from which you want to copy equipment options.

Copy To Company

Enter or accept the company to which you want to copy category/class equipment options.

Copy To Category

Enter the ID of the category to which you want to copy equipment options.

Copy To Class

Enter the ID of the class to which you want to copy equipment options.

Function Key	Description
F1	Help. Place your cursor in a field and press F1 to access online help for that field. Place your cursor outside of any field, and press F1 to access online help at the program level.
