Displays the location for which you are maintaining a journal code.
Displays the journal code you are maintaining.
Enter the description for the journal code in this company and location.
Enter a short description of the journal code that appears on reports and inquiries.
Indicate whether this journal code has a contra account in the general ledger. If you enter Y, you must enter the G/L account number in the next field.
If you entered Y in the Contra G/L field, enter the number of the G/L contra account.
Displays the next number that will be used with the journal code and assigned to a G/L transaction.
Enter the user-defined journal type that corresponds with the journal code. Journal types are set up under Default Codes in Cross Application Maintenance using code JT.
