Employee Security File Maintenance - Launch

Program/Screen: CXSECM/CXSECM10

Description:

Use this screen to launch the Employee Security File Maintenance program where you set up system user profiles with their user names, passwords, assigned locations, default languages, and so on.

 

The company displayed in the upper right corner of the screen is the company in which the user profile will be set up.  If the user is authorized to login to multiple companies, a user profile must be set up in each company where that user is authorized.

 

Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.

 

 

Navigation

Access this program from the System File Maintenance menu.  Enter the ID the user will use to login to the system.  Enter an existing user profile ID to access that record for maintenance.  To set up a new profile, enter an ID for the user that does not already exist in the system.

Fields

User Profile

Enter the ID the user will use to login to the system.  Enter an existing user profile to access that record for maintenance.  To set up a new profile, enter an ID for the user that does not already exist in the system.

F1

Help.  Place your cursor in a field and press F1 to access online help for that field.  Place your cursor outside of any field, and press F1 to access online help at the program level.

F3

Exit.  Exit the page or program.

F10

Inquiry.  Switch the program to INQUIRY mode.

F11

Maintenance.  Switch the program to CHANGE mode.
