Use this screen to enter comments for a sales call.
Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.
Access this screen by pressing F6 from the Sales Call Maintenance - Comment Inquiry screen. Enter sales call comments, and then press Enter to return to the Comment Inquiry screen.

Comment Maintenance
Displays the number of the sales call to which you are adding comments. If you are in the process of creating a new sales call, this field may be blank.
Sequence Number
Displays the sequence number of the comment within the sales call record.
Record Number
Displays the number assigned to the comment record.
Enter the name of the contact associated with the comment. If you want to enter a contact for an existing customer, press F10 to access Marketing Contact Inquiry where you can search for a contact by customer name or number.

Displays the name of the customer for which you are entering sales call comments. If you are creating a sales call for a company that is not yet a customer in your system, this field may be blank.
Displays the company's phone number.
Displays the user name for the person who is entering the comments.
Enter the date and time to follow-up on these sales call comments.
Enter a code to indicate the type of contacts associated with these sales call comments.
Enter the text of the sales call comment.
