Use this screen to select or add the user who will have access to customer jobRecord that represents a particular work site for a customer.s flagged as Managed.

 

Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.

 

 

Navigation

Access this screen by entering your user name and password on the Managed Job Security - Launch screen.  Use the filters above the columns to focus the list on a specific company or user security status.  Use option 2 to access and maintain the security for a user.  If you want to set up a new user security record for managed jobs, use option 3 to copy an existing user record and modify it accordingly.

Options

Edit.  Enter 2 in the Option field to advance to the Managed Job Security screen so you can edit the user's security for managed jobs.

Copy.  Enter 3 in the Option field to copy that user's security for managed jobs to another user.

Activate/Deactivate.  Enter 4 in the Option field to toggle the user's security record from Activated to Deactivated.

Display.  Enter 5 in the Option field to advance to the Managed Job Security screen in view-only mode.

 

Fields

Company

Displays the company to which the user is associated.

 

Status

Displays the current status of the user's security record for managed jobs

 

User ID

Displays the user's system ID and name.  To add a new user security record, use option 3 to copy an existing user security record.

Help.  Place your cursor in a field and press F1 to access online help for that field.  Place your cursor outside of any field, and press F1 to access online help at the program level.

Exit.  Exit the page or program.
