Use this program to set up and maintain districts for use in the system. Districts are assigned to locations and are used for various inquiry programs.

Access this screen by entering a new or existing district code on the District Code Maintenance - Launch screen. Enter the name of the district and the text that will be seen for that district on reports and inquiries. Also, enter the district manager's name and system ID and the region where the district is located.

Displays the code for the district you are maintaining.
Enter the full name of the district.
Enter a brief description of the district that appears on reports and inquiries.
Enter the name of the manager for the district.
Enter the manager's system ID.
Enter the region in which the district is located.
