Code Maintenance Region
Code MaintenanceUse this program to set up and maintain regions for use in the system. Regions are assigned to locations and are used for analysis and for inventory quantity inquiries.

Access this screen by entering a new or existing region code on the Region Code Maintenance - Launch screen. Enter the name of the region and the text that will be seen for that region on reports and inquiries. Also, enter the region manager's name and system ID and the branch where the manager is located.

Region
Displays the code for the region you are maintaining.
Name
Enter the full name of the region.
Text
Enter a brief description of the region that appears on reports and inquiries.
Manager
Enter the name of the manager for the region.
Manager ID
Enter the manager's system ID.
Branch
Enter the branch within the region where the manager is located.

Exit. Exit the page or program. |

Refresh. Refresh the screen and remove entered data. |
