Use this screen to enter an extended description of labor to be performed on a work order. The top labor description prints on the work order, and the bottom internal description is for internal notes only--it does not print on the work order.
Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.
Access this screen after the Labor Detail screen when creating a work order or work order quote, or by pressing F18 (Shift + F6) from the Open/Update/Close Work Order - Header screen. When updating a work order, this is the first screen to display after the Launch screen. Enter an extended labor description at the top of the screen to print on the work order. Enter internal notes at the bottom of the screen. These notes do not print on the work order.
