Description:
Run the Total Revenue Recap Report
before accessing this display in order to receive the most current
information in the display.
Use this program to review a recap of revenue for a location, a district, or a region. If you have code Z16 in your security profile, you will see company totals on the display.
Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.
Navigation
This screen displays the revenue recap for the entity you entered on the Launch screen. In various sections of the display, you will only see amounts for the categories that had revenue in the date range shown at the top of the display. If you have Z15 in your security profile, you can press F9 or F10 to look at revenue information for other locations. Review the information, and then press F3 to exit.

Total Revenue Recap Display
Fields
Displays the date range for which the revenue recap information is displayed. This range is based on the last time the Total Revenue Recap Report was run.
Displays the currency in which the amounts are displayed.
Displays the total revenue earned at the location level for various categories such as rental, miscellaneous rental charges like damage waiver, sales items like parts and merchandise, miscellaneous items like fuel, new and used equipment sales, rental purchases, work order parts, accounts receivable adjustments, and tax.

It displays the total revenue earned at the district level for various categories such as rental, miscellaneous rental charges like damage waiver, sales items like parts and merchandise, miscellaneous items like fuel, new and used equipment sales, rental purchases, work order parts, accounts receivable adjustments, and tax.
If you have code Z2N in your security profile, you can see this column. It displays the total revenue earned at the region level for various categories such as rental, miscellaneous rental charges like damage waiver, sales items like parts and merchandise, miscellaneous items like fuel, new and used equipment sales, rental purchases, work order parts, accounts receivable adjustments, and tax.

It displays the total company revenue earned for various categories such as rental, miscellaneous rental charges like damage waiver, sales items like parts and merchandise, miscellaneous items like fuel, new and used equipment sales, rental purchases, work order parts, accounts receivable adjustments, and tax.
Displays the percentage of the total company amounts that the entity you are viewing represents. In other words, if you are viewing a revenue recap for your location, and this column displays 20.00% for a particular category of revenue, the revenue from your location represents 20% of the total company revenue for that category.
