Use this screen to add, change, or inquire on the locations in which the miscellaneous charge items are used.

Access this screen by pressing F15=Locations from the Miscellaneous Charge Item Maintenance screen. To change the information for any of the locations that use this item, enter 2 in the Option field for that location, and advance to the Sales Item Location Maintenance program.

Press F6 to add a new location to the list, and then enter 2 in the Option field for that new location to enter the record's details.

Options

Option	Description
2	Change. Enter 2 in the O (Option) field to advance to Sales Item Location Maintenance and make changes to the miscellaneous charge item location record.
4	Delete. Enter 4 in the O (Option) field to delete the record. Press Enter to confirm the deletion.
5	Display. Enter 5 in the O (Option) field to advance to a view-only version of Sales Item Location Maintenance.

Fields

Item number

Displays the item number you want to add, change, or inquire on.

Stock class

Displays the stock classCode used to categorize sales items for analysis and reporting. You may choose to make the stock class a subset of the vendor code. associated with the item number.

Location

Displays the location where the item is used.

Name

Displays the name of the location.

Taxable

Indicates if the miscellaneous charge item is taxable at that location.

Function Keys

Function Key	Description
F1	Help. Place your cursor in a field and press F1 to access online help for that field. Place your cursor outside of any field, and press F1 to access online help at the program level.
F3	Exit. Exit the page or program.
F6	Add. Display a list the locations for which the item is not yet set up, and then select one or more locations to add to the item's location list.
F12	Cancel/Previous. Exit the program or move back a screen.
