Use this screen to enter serial numbers for the serial tracked items you are transferring.

Navigation

Access this screen by entering 3 in the Option field for a serialized sales item on the Create Inventory Transfer - Equipment Information screen.  Enter the serial numbers being transferred, and then press Enter to return to the Equipment Information screen.

Options

Option	Description
1	Enter 1 in the Option field to access the Serial Number Lookup Window and select the serial number you are transferring.

Fields

To location

Displays the name of the location to which you are transferring items.

 

Quantity

Displays the quantity of the item being transferred.

 

Item Number

Displays the number for the sales item being transferred.

 

Stock class

Displays the stock class in which the sales item falls.

 

Manufacturer's number

Displays the manufacturer's number assigned to the item.

 

UPC number

If applicable, this field displays the UPC number assigned to the item.

 

UPC Code

Displays the code associated with the UPC number.  Two codes are supported, and the default code is UP.

 

Description

Displays a description of the sales item being transferred.

 

Serial Number

Enter the serial numbers being transferred.  If you do not know the serial numbers, enter 1 in the Option field to access the  Serial Number Lookup Window and select the serial number you are transferring.

 

Function Keys

Function Key	Description
F1	Help.  Place your cursor in a field and press F1 to access online help for that field.  Place your cursor outside of any field, and press F1 to access online help at the program level.
F2	Select All Available Serial Numbers.  Automatically select available serial numbers based on the quantity being transferred.
F3	Exit.  Exit the page or program.
F5	Refresh.  Clear the screen of all entered data.
F12	Cancel/Previous.  Exit the program or move back a screen.
