Use this program to "freeze" item quantities in the Item Count File after count sheets have been created. These "frozen" quantities are used to compare against actual physical counts entered in the Count Entry program and to determine variances.
If
the Allow upd QTOH all locs
field in control record POCCUR
is set to Y, this
program can be used to "freeze" item quantities in all locations.
If that field is set to N,
you can only "freeze" item quantities for the screen location.

Indicate whether you want to submit the job or run it interactively. If you submit it, you can specify the date and time to run the job.
Update all Locations/Press Enter to Update Screen Location
The prompt for this field depends on the Allow upd QTOH all locs setting in control record POCCUR. See the note under Navigation.
If the prompt is Update all Locations, indicate whether to "freeze" the item quantities for all locations or just the screen location.
